Exchanges Only – No Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds or money-back returns under any circumstances. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for another item of equal value.
15-Day Exchange Window
Items may be exchanged within 15 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for an exchange, products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
All return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Non-Exchangeable Items

- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist you promptly.
