How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?

All orders from Snatched are processed Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 12:00 P.M. EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be handled on the next business day.

Shipping times can vary based on product availability or address verification. Our products are dispatched from our network of warehouses in the UK. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

My Package Says Delivered, But It’s Not Here 🙁

 We aim for excellence, but occasionally issues with third-party carriers can occur. If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is nowhere to be found, please reach out to us at info@snatchedbylaura.com to initiate an “Investigation Process.” If your package isn’t located within 72 hours, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. Note that we do not offer refunds for lost packages to prevent false claims.

Be sure to check your mailbox—sometimes, the carrier might tuck packages in a bit snugly.

 I Think I May Have Put the Wrong Address. How Can I Fix This?

Email us info@snatchedbylaura.com as soon as possible to update your address. We can only make minor adjustments to avoid “Credit Card Fraud.” If a major address change is needed, we might need to cancel your order so you can place a new one only if shipment has not been processed.

Please note that once our “Fulfillment Centre” marks your order as “Fulfilled,” changes may not be possible. In such cases, we’ll need to wait until the package is returned to us.

How Do I Track My Order?

There are two easy ways to track your package:

1. If you have an account: Log in to your account here to view your order history. Click on your most recent order to see its status and tracking number if it’s marked as “Fulfilled.”

2. Check your email: Look for an email from “Snatched by Laura” with the subject “A shipment from order (Your order number) is on the way.” This email contains your tracking number. If you haven’t received this email, your order might still be in processing.

Your Items May Be Eligible for Replacement If:

 - Your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived after 72 business hours.

- Your package arrives damaged.

- You have proof that your package was stolen.

- Your package is lost or stuck in transit for over 72 business hours with no update from the carrier.

How to Initiate a Claim:

We understand how frustrating it can be when things go wrong. To start a claim and request a replacement, email us at info@snatchedbylaura.com  with the subject line: CLAIM + (Your ORDER #). We will assist you promptly in getting your replacement.

 How do I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please email info@snatchedbylaura.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to change or cancel your order, but please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you would still like to return/exchange your item once it is received, please see above for terms of eligibility.

 WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or a defective/damaged item, you can return or exchange your item. You will be reimbursed in full for the initial shipping costs on defective/damaged items, and if you choose to exchange the defective/damaged items, your new items will be shipped to you at no cost.

 Why Is My Order Delayed?

If you’ve placed an order and haven’t received a shipping confirmation after two business days, there’s a chance your order has been flagged as Medium/High Risk. This usually happens due to concerns with credit card info. But don’t worry—it's just a precaution!

Keep an eye on your inbox for an email from us. We may need to confirm your identity or address to get everything sorted. Once we’ve verified your details, your order will be speeding its way to you ASAP!

 Lost or Stolen Packages

We’re not liable for packages that get lost or stolen. To protect your shipment, we recommend purchasing insurance at checkout to cover any potential issues. 

For returns or exchanges, please make sure to use a mail carrier that offers package insurance and tracking. This way, you’ll ensure that we receive your return or exchange. Remember, we need to have the product in our hands before we can process any exchanges or refunds. Gracias.

Do You Offer Overnight Shipping?

Right now, we only provide Standard UK Shipping, which typically takes 2-5 business days. We don’t have overnight shipping available at the moment.
