To use this Site and place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

We specialise in shapewear garments including fajas and waist trainers. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, fit, and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen displays, or manufacturing variations.
Results vary for each individual. We do not guarantee any specific body outcome from using our products.
5. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed; however, acceptance occurs only when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including cases of suspected fraud.
Payment methods available at checkout will be clearly displayed.
6. Pricing and Taxes

8. Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene standards, returns are accepted only under the conditions below:
Returns Accepted (7 Days)
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original packaging with all hygiene seals and tags intact
Defective or Wrong Item
If the item received is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
Returns Not Accepted
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Worn or tried-on shapewear
• Any item showing signs of stretching, wear, or body contact
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect.

9. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (subject to availability).
Exchange requests must also meet the 7-day return window and hygiene requirements.
10. Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
11. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges.
Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
